Pop the Emotional Rainbow (Tool Required)

Development Level: Infant

Learning Areas: Movement, ECSEL

Overview: Support children in crawling or walking along the rainbow bubble wrap lane. Children will observe Our Emotions Cards and facial expressions in mirrors as they move along the lane.

Materials:

• ECSEL Tool: Our Emotions Cards
• Colored construction paper (one piece for each color of the rainbow)
• Bubble wrap (large enough piece to cover the pieces of construction paper taped together)
• Tape
• Hand-held mirrors
