Where Are You From? (Tool Required)

Overview: Where is everyone from? Create a mural or collage as a class and pin places where children’s family members are from!

Materials:

• ECSEL Tool: Our Emotions Cards
• Where Are You From? by Yamile Saied Méndez
• Worksheet to send home with children
• A large piece of butcher block paper or a large poster
• Computer with printing capabilities
• Art materials of choice (e.g., markers, stickers, pencils, etc.)
• Scissors
• Glue/tape
