- Ice trays
- Plastic straws (cut into small pieces for the sailboat masts)
- Access to a freezer
- Colored construction paper (cut into triangles for the sailboat sails)
- Scissors (teacher use only)
- Hole puncher (teacher use only)
- Sensory bins filled with water
