Overview: It’s okay to cry! Crying is a great way to let our sad feelings out, and start to feel better. This art project engages children’s fine motor skills and offers a creative visual representation of this healthy and natural way to express sadness.

Materials:

1. Paper (for each child),
2. Pipettes (for each child),
3. Different colors of liquid watercolor,
4. Cups of water,
5. Smocks
