Overview: Support children in exploring their own colorful classroom objects, sorting them by color, and counting out specific numbers of objects in each color group.
Materials:
- A collection of different colored classroom objects from each learning center (ensure that each object is primarily one color and that each object is different)
- Different colored construction paper (ensure that each piece of construction paper matches all of the colors reflected in the objects collected)
- Masking tape
- Black marker (for teacher use only)
