Q: Do you provide CEU credits?

Yes, Housman Institute has partnered with Bertelsen Education to provide IACET CEU for all professional development training. We are also a Professional Development provider approved by MA, VT, and NC. 

Q: How long do your professional development courses take?

We offer multiple e-learning training courses and the length of them varies. For more details, please go to the specific product page and you will find the course length under “Additional Information”.

Q: How are the training courses delivered?
Our professional development training courses are fully online E-learning courses delivered on our Housman Learning online platform that allows learners to access their courses anytime anywhere.
Q: How do I access the online learning platform?
If you already have an account, simply log into the Housman Learning platform to access your courses. The Housman Learning platform is currently only accessible to learners who have registered for our online training programs/courses. Once you complete an order on our Shop for any online training courses/programs, you will receive an email with your login credentials. Please note that if you are doing a team registration (more than 1 seat), you need to submit the roster to our administrator.
Q: When will I be registered for the course after I pay?

If you register for one seat, you will be registered in our online learning platform immediately and you will receive a welcome email with your login credentials and a course enrollment email.

If you register for more than one seat, you will need to submit the roster to our administrator. Once the roster is received, you and your team will be registered within 24 business hours.

Q: What if I want to make a large purchase for my school or district?
If you are interested in registering for our eLearning courses for more than 20 staff, you can submit your information through this form to request a quote from us. Our sales representative will contact you shortly.
Q: Can I pay through a purchase order (PO)?
Yes. Please submit your information through this form and our sales representative will contact you shortly.
Q: I purchased a short course. Now what?
Thank you! Now that you have purchased our eLearning course, be sure to add learnersupport@housmanlearning.com to your email address book, and watch for an email from us with additional details. You may need to monitor your spam folder.   If you purchase more than 1 seat (team registration), you won’t be auto-enrolled in the course and need to submit the roster to our administrator. Once the roster is received, you and your team will be registered within 24 business hours.   If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.
